Who Is Dearest?” Post Conference Workshop is now fully subscribed and has been removed as an option from the registration form. If you wish to be placed on a waiting list for the workshop please email the Conference Registrar directly.)

Registration Fees ($AUD)

The Conference Registration Fee is a single fee covering the following indivisible bundle –

  • your attendance at all conference sessions, excluding pre and post conference workshops,
  • your morning tea Thursday to Sunday and afternoon tea Thursday to Saturday,
  • your lunch Thursday to Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Friday, and
  • your entry and meal for the Dinner Dance on Saturday evening
  • Conference Fee: 
    • AANZPA Members Early Bird $570
    • Non-Members Early Bird $670
    • AANZPA Members Full Fee $670
    • Non-Members Full Fee $77o
  • Pre and Post Conference Workshops $475
  • Additional Dinner Dance Tickets (for a partner or friend not attending the conference) $110

Early Bird pricing will close on November 10th 2015. Please note that to obtain Early Bird pricing your registration fees must be paid in full by no later than November 10th.

Accommodation 

photo (1)Bookings for on site accommodation at the conference are being separately managed directly by Hotelspace, on behalf of Sancta Sophia College. Information regarding how to book  your accommodation will be provided to you as complete the registration process. This information can also be accessed directly via the Accommodation page on the website confer16.aanzpa.org/accommodation (toward the bottom of the page).

Conference Disability Statement

The AANZPA Executive and Conference Committee are committed to the principle of inclusion and full participation for all. As far as possible and practicable, the Conference Committee, with the venue, will make every effort to accommodate the needs of the Differently Abled. We anticipate that there will be some limitations in meeting all needs, however, we commit to clear communication prior to and during the event.

Conference Refund Policy

All requests for refund must be made in writing to the Conference Registrar (confregistrar@aanzpa.org) or the Conference Treasurer (conftreasurer@aanzpa.org)

Please note that this refund policy does not apply to accommodation. Accommodation is managed by HotelSpace in accord with their own cancellation policy, available on the HotelSpace website.
